With today's technology you better get one going ASAP because there're growing them from embryos. It will be years before you could semi-ethically harvest an organ or two for yourself.
When they make a grow-your-clone at home kit and you can start cloning full size replicas you'll be able to grab what ya want from the get go! Just don't tell your doctor where they came from, they frown on that.
