She has PCOS, I think that's what it is called anyway, so they said her chance to have children was very slim to none. Well in January we found out her heart was enlarged and has a leaking valve. The heart Doctor was very concerned, there was talks of possible open heart surgery, (later found out, at first he even though a heart transplant couldn't be ruled out.). Luckily after months of medicine the heart has returned to normal size and the leaking vavle is doing better, still not quite where it should be though. An she had to go on a low sodium diet, and ended up doing a weight loss program that one places offer in town, she's lost over 100 pounds so far. An from what we understand, the weight loss corrected some of the PCOS system and her hormone all that stuff I guess normalized, is how she ended up being able to get pregnant. But with her heart and medicine she wasn't supposed to get pregnant, because of fear of to much stress on her heart, and she was taking the medicine for two weeks before she found out she was pregnant (which is toxic to the embryo or whatever.) So kind of a waiting game till the second trimester, to see how her heart and body react, but will be classified as a high risk pregnancy.
