My favorite is the emails about this totally optional thing to promote personal wellness. Initially they had us sign a form saying we did 20 minutes of physical activity every day. Then it turned into providing proof of gym membership and attendance. Now you need to have a fitness tracker connected to the Insurance account. If you don't, your rates double. But it's a totally optional and 100% voluntary program.

My dog has a fit bit on her collar. Saves me about 8k a year.

I tell you, I just get so pissed at these companies pushing so much control on one's life. I understand it is a bit more risk but jesus. Is this not what you are paying them for the majority of your whole entire working career? If I got drilled like this with anything else I was purchasing I would tell um to shove it up there self righteous asses and hope their whole family gets crotch rot.
