I’m fairly new to cigars and brand new to cigarbid. This site has been my new addiction. Anyway, looking for recommendations from seasoned vets of sticks to try. Here is a bit about me to help with any suggestions.

I’m strictly a robusto smoker, yes that limits me but I don’t have time for larger sticks and really don’t want to fool with smaller. I’m also a light smoker, maybe 1 a week if I’m lucky....

So far I like what I have tried, actually haven’t really had a terrible smoke but RP vintage 90 probably my fav. Like partagas black, AB black market Esteli, ok with AB tempest, AF opus x lost city, really enjoyed San cristoble Elegancia.

I’m thinking I’m just all over the place with strength/body. What say you, what robustos should I bid/try next. Thanks!

Aloha, Mirë se vjen, Selemat datang, Vewlkommen, Benvenuto, Huānyíng guānglín, Swagatam, Bienvenue, Khosh amadid, Beinvenido, and in short, Ceud mìle fàilte.

First, you will be asked waffles or pancakes. It's a trick question. The correct answer is French toast. Also, posts some times take a few minutes to show. Be patient so the hordes here won't assail you for multiple posting of the same subject.

Second, do yourself a favor. Try the typical corona gorda (usually 5 7/8 or so by 46 ring), as well as a Lonsdale (usually 6 x 44). Both typically take me about the same time to smoke as a robusto, you get more flavor of the wrapper (often, but not always, the best part of a cigar) and you open your options considerably. I would be loathe to write off coronas, as well. I have smoked some fantastic coronas. You might also find that you find it easier to handle a particularly strong cigar better in a corona.
