I vote that the Members List of the Commie 13 be sealed for all greatness and posterity and that no new members may be added to the Commie 13 unless they are willing to pay $5,000 in which they will recieve full access to all Commie 13 benefits such as Drafter hovering over them late at night on demand and unlimited access to Vic's Dong Pic Collection "Online Edition."
