But you need to know that I loved the Peter Green and Jeremy Spencer lineups so for me, Christine McVie and worst yet, Buckingham and Nicks, completely changed the sound of the group. They really should have changed the name since the sound was so far different than the ‘60s and early ‘70s versions.

And, the fact that I had to listen to the album multiple times a day didn’t help either. I mean, I knew every song by heart, it’s just that my heart wasn’t into them.

Don't know that I'm familiar with the Green/Spencer version. Mrs. Beach is a Stevie Nicks ho. I've developed an instinctive cringe any time I hear her. Nicks, not Mrs. Beach

Oh yeah. She's aware of the coke use. She's actually the one who told me the story about how Stevie partied so hard and for so long, her contacts basically grafted to her eyes. Lost a good chunk of vision in getting them removed
