$183 order. Shipped on 6/4. Last tracking 6/9 said delivery on 6/11. Ups posts transferred to post office. Post office says we never got it. Ups said talk to sender. Cigar bid is nowhere to be found by phone or email! WTF! Where is customer service? At the firehouse on hold for hours! Come on man!

This sounds familiar. Was supposed to get an order on 6/5, tracking shows delivered, it wasn’t. I have sent two online CS requests and no reply or acknowledgement. I called M-F last week and after being on hold for 60 min each time, I hung up. Maybe it has something to do with firehouses?

Shipping is for essential items first, so toilet paper, ramen noodles, meat products, and many other items get priority. You should have your cigars in a few months.

That’s a very politically correct response. People that are working are placing orders. When they call customer service and are lied to about them busy with other customers. Is that OK? Post after post 2 hrs. Nobody picks up. If you are NOT answering calls. Just stand up and say so. We are all hit by the pandemic. I get it. Don’t make people hang on the phone for hours for someone that is never going to answer, ignore emails. That’s disrespectful to us all. You should be just as disappointed in their service.

THe Post Office called me the other day looking for a lost package. They said that our regular deliver gal was off for the week and I told them I figured that out by how my package was delivered.

On another note my Saturday cigar order is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. Any bets on when it will arrive ?

The trouble with service in any industry these days. When my wife and I are out to dinner we are always surprised when the service is good and give a huge tip. We are all conditioned to expect the worst and we accept it. When we get the good service we deserve we are shocked. That sucks!
