Lindsey Graham is show-boating right now.
She's just going with the flow, as she should.
She's kind of spooky in that she doesn't shift her eyes away for even a split second while thinking before she speaks. Like she doesn't need to access her memory at all- like the rest of us.

That's such a difficult concept for the advocates of expanding government power to accept. The fact that words had a specific meaning at the time the constitution was debated and ratified by the states just gets in their way of their progress..
