Anyone send warranty stuff to them recently?
I just dropped a Trezo in the mail to them since it was failing more than working...
I hope their service is better than their website security.
First, the web page uses outdated encryption and there is a browser warning.
Then, you have to set up a username and password, to process a RMA. Xikar then promptly emails you in plain text, your username and password, no obfuscation, no attempt at even protecting your credentials.
Yikes.
Anyway, what's the real world turn around time for stuff from them?
