Anti-masker Republican Senator from Kentucky just got caught filing a financial disclosure over a year late that showed his wife investing into COVID-19 therapeutics while he promoted measures that spread the deadly disease further, thereby requiring more costly medical treatments.

Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) is a doctor by training, who is such an opponent of public health measures that he is currently on a seven-day suspension by YouTube for spreading anti-mask lies and propaganda. Last year, Paul’s wife bought up to $15,000 worth of stock in Gilead, the maker of Remdesivir, but he kept it under wraps for eighteen months. Meanwhile, with his anti-mask agenda, Paul has risen to one of the de facto leaders of the GOP’s anti-science crusades alongside the likes of Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, and of course, Fox News.
