I read a comment the other day that your customer service sucked well I have had to call Customerservice twice and I am pleased to say that your Customerservice is the best I have ever talked to!
Each time my problem was taken care of promptly!
I want to shout out a great thank you to the young lady who took care of my problem yesterday (I am sorry I forgot her name) She helped Alvin Mascarenas with his Perdomo humidor. My new humidor was shipped today!

I have no memory of him, though I did have an uncle named Alvan, yup, spelled with two A's cuz my grandparents liked the name of the Governor of MA back then (1927).

He was the father of Peter Fuller who owned Dancer's Image, Kentucky Derby winner who was disqualified for using Barry Bonds potions or something in the 60's.

Up until today, I've had a decade plus of fabulous service from cbid. I bought some stuff recently to give
to cigar buds for Christmas. I expected it to be delivered today. I checked my e-mail and I see
a note from Shana that CBID has done an audit, and I owe 20 some odd dollars. My order won't ship until
this is paid. Lmao, you're kidding me right??? I'm a huge customer to CI,CBID,and formerly I bought a ton of
stuff from the beard. When I say a ton, I literally mean 10's of thousands of cigars
over the years. Now, I have to go to the brick and mortar to buy these guys gifts. If I automatically pay each
Invoice on CBID as I order, how is it even possible that I owe them money? I'm literally stunned at the stupidity
of this whole situation. They obviously screwed up somewhere, but want me, the customer to pay for their screwup. Nope, ain't happening. I never got so much as a single freebie from CBID even though I've bought more
AJF stuff than 95% of their individual customers, guaranteed. I'm bummed that CBID
an enormous sized business would pull shenanigans like this with a huge customer.
It's insulting. I'm done with all of em. Talk about a stupid way to lose a very long time
steady customer. It seriously doesn't get any more amateur hour than this.
