Smoke them right off the truck.
Actually, if you have a softy palate you might want to wait, but if you like strong cigars... right off the truck.
Anyone telling you to wait, that's like old guard "knowledge" that's been spread over and over without any evidence that it's what you should do... keep in mind, most of us don't age cigars, most of us store them (there might be a couple people on here that actually age cigars, but they're rare).
I'll tell you this, if you rather have the oils from the cigar become one with the cellophane instead of the cigar, then you should wait.
If you rather your cigar be several times weaker than it was when you got it... then you should wait.
If you smoke cigars because you like to smoke cigars, then smoke em if you got em.
