Yes, my wife is right-handed and left-eye dominant and our younger son is left-handed and right-eye dominant.
It's best to learn to shoot with both eyes open, you actually can see better. For pistols it's easy to hold right-hand and use your left eye. For rifles, it's difficult without a special stock. My wife tried shooting left-handed but prefers to shoot right-handed so she wears an eye patch on her glasses, that covers here left eye. With your dominant eye covered, your other eye will take over. It doesn't take much, we started with a yellow sticky, but we found a simple cloth patch that works with glasses. There are flip-up cover shooting glasses and similar clip on devices.
Our son has it easier, he just shoots right-handed, pretty easy for most lefties.
