Let's forego the "guns are freely distributed to anyone" portion of your statement, because it's been covered repeatedly in recent threads and it's still bullchit.

Your view amounts to all the guns should be taken away. I know, I know, AR15s and high capacity mags. But AR15s are a tiny sliver of the deaths you're concerned about. So once they're banned, and the rate of firearm deaths remains largely unchanged, will people decide they need a different strategy, or double down and hit up handguns next?

While you're going for a point by way of exaggeration, I would be interested in a breakdown of the 450+. How many were justified. How many were in defense of their lives or their families? How many of them do you feel deserve to die because they aren't a regulated militia, so shouldn't have a gun?
