I have been waiting for a representative to answer the customer service line per their request. 3 hours since 9 am, "opening time". Not sure what the hold up is. Does anyone know how to contact someone here??

Well, this will be my first (hopefully last) test of Cigar Bids' customer service. Been missing UPS's delivery of my most recent order due to the signature requirement (don't get me started). Yesterday I got a second failure-to-deliver notice. No biggie, I figured third time would be the charm. Checked the tracking number this morning and it informed me that my package was delivered last night at 7:36. Yeah, no.

Anyway, just submitted my claim while waiting on hold. Now I wait...

I've had shipments show up a day or two after tracking shows delivered. I blame lazy drivers
