That seems like a good cake. IMO it is too cakey and not cheesey enough. I prefer the baked cheesecakes.

Well I'm going to Phoenix next week to dry out my sinuses so I will be in good judging shape for the coming battle royal. I can hear those mixing bowls scraping and baking pans clanking already!

I am sending e-mails to kick this off. SteveS and I go head to head in the first contest. rlr68 will take the winner. jd1,E-chick,efm and turnberry are judges for this round.

Turnberry is going to judge round 2. Hoagie55 is taking his place.

For the bakers, please list 3-4 of your favorite cigars so the judges can send you something you like instead of a cigar that you do not like.

Personally, as a judge I'd sure hate to send you a premium cigar that is on your dislike list. I'd rather tailor a small sampler package that you will enjoy instead of one that you will trade away.

Also, please let the judges know when the cheesecake ship out and how (UPS, etc..) so we can be on the lookout for them and forewarn our spouses not to eat them.
