Well if that's the case, let OpFTH have an extra spot while the winner sits one month out until we have a waiting list....... Just my opinion

maybe we should shorten it to 1 list with 17 "INs" with 2 numbers per.

17 * 2 = 34 + 1 OpFTH

I like two lists. I bumped list 1 winner to list 2 and list 2 to 1. When people drop out list 2 will be the waiting list.

What i will probably do next month is bump list 1 winner to list 2 and move the first player from list 2 to list 1.

Opfth will get more chances. If someone drops out and no waiting list i will plug in opfth. If someone doesnt male payment i will plug in opfth. If more than 2 drop or fail to pay then i will have a waiting list.
