GREAT story in Rolling Stone on BoA.

I've read the entire article.

I weighed out the pros/cons about actually pasting the entire thing here so we'd have it. RS does remove their stuff off the web...I might rethink it.

The author would be a scream to go on a weekend bender with...his writing style is awesome!

Matt Tiabi?

He does some good pieces and some with a great deal of prejudice.

This is one of those with prejudice... He makes so many claims with out proof, borderline slander.

He does have a very grabbing style. But this is the furthest thing from unbiased factual based news.

I just finished reading Matt Taibbi's book, 'Griftopia'. Highly recommended for anyone interested in what really caused the financial debacle in 2008.

Full title: 'Griftopia: Bubble Machines, Vampire Squids, and the Long Con That Is Breaking America'

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Griftopia

It should be mandatory reading in every classroom in the nation.

I agree his writhing style is wonderful but his jump to conclusions are aggravating.

lets look at the hypocrite ****** Durbin (D-Walgreens) this supposed rep for the people, whose wife is employed(lobbyist) by Walgreens, bangs his drum bashing BOA over a $5 monthly fee imposed on accounts. You might say ok he's fighting for us. Not so! He promoted the reduction/removal of debit card fees charged to retail giants like Walgreens, and left the banks to figure out how to handle the cost of transaction. BOA adds a 5 dollar service fee to debit cards to off set the cost of doing business created by debit card users that had been paid by the merchant to cover their loss. Then Durbin screams for all to hear about how unfair this "new" fee is. It was his own effort that got the cost passed on to the consumer in the first place, via his lobbyist wife. In another dose of complete hypocricy this clown has no issue about us from Illinois paying 5 bucks a gallon for fuel. That fee paid by everybody is ok.horse

He's a great writer but he is left biased. I'm genuinely surprised you read him, Johan.

I read EVERYTHING!

I might not wholeheartedly agree with it but I try my damnedest to stay informed no matter how far down the rabbit hole it goes.

SURPRISE!!!
