Hey there Fellas...
Any suggestions for a laid back, inexpensive, cigar friendly bar/restaurant in the Dallas area?

Oh yeah! There's a bar/restaurant in Grapevine on Main street by the name of Tap Inn that's cigar friendly. A smoke shop is next door. They may be owned by the same people.

if you're looking to just go to a bar that doesn't serve food then ANY bar in dallas is good. it's only the restaurants they banned from having smoking.

there's alot of good choices in the dallas/ftw area, it really just depends on where you'll be staying. and if you are near grapevine then the tapp inn is a good place to have a smoke.

that's almost true. there are some cigar-unfriendly places in dallas. Ozona's on Greenville, for one, does not allow cigars at all -- not even outside where you can smoke a whole carton of cigarettes. i believe there are other places that have cigar "areas." i know that the Flying Saucer in Addison is this way. of course, the Flying Saucer does have a cool little cigar smoking lounge area. it does kind of suck, though. you can smoke cigarettes anywhere in that place, but cigars are only allowed in the lounge. now Christie's in uptown on McKinney actually sells cigars. they're quite friendly with the yummy tobacco. it really depends on where you are, and where you are willing to drive. as i said before, where are you and where are you looking to hang out?
