I understand!
You'll still enjoy the sticks you like. I found recently I am turning toward Connecticut once again. That's where I started like 25 years ago. And I still buy my favorite 2 dollar sticks! The key is..... do you like them.... then buy them.
A buddy of mine told me a story....... his father was a big golfer. LOVED to golf. A few years ago his dad passed. They were going through his things as everyone has to do at some point. In his closet they found about 20 boxes with 3 sleaves each of PREMIUM golf balls. He would buy or be gifted top end golf balls and his dad was saving them for a "Special" day when he would play and enjoy those top end golf balls so he always played with his older ones. Now what..... Now someone else has those premium golf balls and enjoying them, because he never did.
I realized my awesome collection is just going to go to someone else to enjoy and smoke when I die. I paid and collected PREMIUM smokes...... that I was not enjoying..... saving them for a special time. And when I were to die.... someone else gets to smoke all that premium stuff. TWO things have happened...... going forward.
1) I smoke my BEST..... favorite sticks and take photos of course to remeber them. Instead of WAITING for a special event..... I MAKE SPECIAL EVENTS and smoke them.
2) I only buy the sticks I really love now and gifted the stuff I don't enjoy. SOME ONE will enjoy them. I buy singles at my B&M to try new stuff before I buy boxes. ONLY BUY what you find as TOP NOTCH.
Again..... if I am going to get mouth cancer 10 years from now.... it will be from THE BEST DAMN CIGARS ON THE PLANET!
DEFIANCE! ;)
