La Herencia Cubana isn't exactly known for making loads of mellow-mannered cigars with hay-colored wrappers. From the Core blend to the classic to the Oscuro Fuerte, every cigar in the line is medium to full-bodied at least! Well, until now that is, because the La Herencia Cubana Dorado lives up to its name in both color and flavor!
The La Herencia Cubana Dorado all starts with its namesake golden-hued leaf, an Ecuadorian Connecticut-shade wrapper, with a binder and long-fillers from Nicaragua. Despite its meek appearance, the Dorado carries a deceiving amount of flavor and strength with it. Cedar, creaminess, earth, nuttiness, and a bit of pepper all combine to form a complex premium that clocks in just under that medium-bodied mark.
