But some small imperfections in color or appearance just didn’t meet Rocky’s rigorous quality control standards. Don’t worry, cigars with draw, rolling or other construction issues never even make it out the door, but cigars with small visual imperfections get hit with a ‘seconds’ tag and a big discount follows.
