How are you doing? should we be concerned about your lack of drinking and smoking?

Bully Boy brown

Thought it was pretty good, had a nice smooth finish with a little citrus in the middle. Thanks again Frank for the trade glad I got to try this out.

Frank, I liked the three wood a lot but need to try it without food. I was eating prime rib with horseradish and between the prime rib and the peated spring bank I'm not sure I can judge. I think I'd buy a bottle though for what that's worth.

Oh the diet. 8 hour diet (16 hours fasting). Been combining low carb due to scary glucose numbers. Have lost 16 pounds and lowered fasting blood sugar by 20 points since 1/19.

Few spirits bourbon (loved it little pricey for young bourbon but great flavor)
Bottle signed by distiller makes it taste better ;)

Just plain woodford tonight:( out of the double oaked.

Does anybody recommend another bourbon as cheap or cheaper than Woodford Double Oaked?

I like them woody bourbons.

Anything else tastes like rubbing alcohol.
