I heard Blantons is the closest grain bill to ETL.

Blantons and Rock Hill Farms (typically) be the same. There are supposedly private barrel picks of RHF that are actually mash bill #1 (eagle rare, stagg, etc.)

Very confuse. Wish there was more transparency on mash bills. Printed on every bottle w/ DSP please.

Rock Hill Farms...snagged the first bottle I have seen in a couple of years. Really like this stuff, has a thickness to it unlike any other.
So of course I found a place that had a few bottles of Elmer the next day but didn't buy one. I guess I have to go back and fix that.

New Holland Beer Barrel Bourbon.

I really like this stuff. So does the wife. A bottle rarely lasts more than a couple weeks on average. Though, she measures out the booze, I just pour it in my glass till it looks full enough.

yeah, Namadio (Nick) said he had bad reports on Orphan Barrel as well. may give the Amador a shot, not a lot of $$, just not sure if I'f like bourbon after 6 months in a wine barrel...

you need Elmer? Can't get back there until this weekend at the earliest but plan to grab what I can when I do get there.
