Besides, 5000 years is a long time away. We would have to not nuke everything or get invaded by aliens to get that far.
Two sources estimate close to 200ft, and one Hockeydad says "16 inches"... Wow... there's just no way whatsoever to know the answer...
Anyway, the math could be done pretty easily. We have volume estimates on the antarctic ice, greenland ice. We have area of the ocean. That's pretty easy. The only tricky part is how the area changes as the sea level rises, as more area becomes ocean. That can be modeled pretty easily. As the surface area is already close to 2/3 water, it likely won't have too much impact on the nubmers.
The calculations I've seen have been closer to the 200ft mark.
As for the 5000 years... yeah, who really cares about anything that far out. I'm simply trying to point out that the phrase "never gonna happen" is blatantly wrong 98.2% of the time.
