What?
Norfolk airport?

I'm afraid, given my condition, driving is more practical.

But, thanks for the offer.
I will see y'all in April.

Well, Mattie B, yer off the hook. Madobro called me yesterday and said he'd pick me up on the way.
Seems Joan was missing all you hicks, hillbillies, and rubes. Apparently she told Bro he was gonna attend 10.5.

So, unless things change tween now and then, see y'all there.

Dude that was Blu that wants to hunt.

I offered to help skin the deer for y'all. I'd rather fish that time of year anyway. Too hot and too many mosquitoes to sit in a tree

Drafter I haven't shot a coyote in years. I was deer hunting and the thing sat down about 80 yards in front of me. Big mistake!!!

Glad mando can make it!

So is this thing a go???

Well I don't mind helping.

I can say that Ocho is better than me at tracking them. It must be the young eyes. He can find blood almost as well as a bloodhound.

I just checked my calendar and Ocho isn't with me that weekend. I'm sure we can work something out though.

So, do we go with the cold weather menu?? Gumbo instead of Jambalaya, grill some surf and turf, biscuits and gravy, maybe fry some fish??? Chargrilled oysters?? Loaded baked potato soup??

Man I'm happy with anything. Make it easy on yourself. I would love to try your gumbo though.

Mid oct can be funny weather. Could be cold but could be really hot.

But please don't do an elaborate menu. I don't want you busting your butt the whole time like you do at the spring herfs.

Gumbo is easy, as is the potato soup... If I bring the big easy we can do some roasted chicken or prime rib and some shrimp for the soup.... Remember it is loaded baked potato soup, SURF and TURF....

just saying, but it really is easy

You're the gourmet. But Ocho and I LOVE gumbo. So if that's an option, I cast our two votes. But go cheap......chicken and sausage not seafood.

Everything mentioned foodwise sounds great, substitute shrimp for the oysters (ugh) and the menu sounds perfect.

I like Okra in mine, but since people are different, I usually make some stewed okra with rotel and people can add if they like.... it's a little different, but pretty good....

Come on..... Might have to break out some tents for the back yard. I've got a couple of spare rooms, although my dad's in the mancave at present. Got a 24 X 36 shop I could clean out....

Can't do it at the camp cause of hunting season rules there..... Sad Sad

Our ghost has only been seen once by a guest. Although the locals say they have seen him many times walking his old property lines.

His name is Ennis Harkins. He wears blue pants and shirt.

I've never seen him but he lets me know he's around. Lights on and off, doors open and shut, loud noises, ect. Typically he doesn't bother the regular guys so much. He is very curious about guests though.

I don't recall if FGM had a run-in with him or not.

I know y'all will think I'm nuts, but I swear I believe in him. Something weird goes on there. Too much stuff has happened to discount it all.
