The other articles I read gave similar numbers. Also, don't put words in my mouth, I was never metioned sex crimes directly. I spoke about the feeling of saftey.

So, if feeling safe is the issue, are we to ban "scary" people from the restroom? Does a drunk biker wearing colors count as scary? How bout them mooslums - they's some scary. Some guy in robes with a head wrap in my bathroom???
Honestly - I am working to see your point, but I don't....
I'll tell you a story - Elen Degeneres (whom I have never cared for) said in an interview that she really didn't get any flack for being openly gay. But she got a lot of rude comments and hate mail for being androgynous. The fact that she wears sexually ambiguous close offend people and makes some "uncomfortable". But who should really care? I mean people get uncomfortable with gender role issues just like the do with religious issues.
Next thing we'll know, the will be a call from the right to bring back "white only" fountains....
