I wish it wasn't such a long drive, or I'd be there.

Gooood morning from the herf!

So I got to experience something interesting last night. Jules and Cindy gave me a CAO Sopranos Champagne Bottle to smoke. Surprising took less than two hours. It wasn’t very good but it was a blast to smoke and the reactions were great! Surprisingly had a decent retrohale though.

A tequila run tonight, punctuated by Mexican style tacos throughout the evening.

Wondering what will hurt more tomorrow. My head or my ash.

Good dives... Went pretty far off the shore. Cold as balls tho. Most people dive with a 7mm wetsuit or thicker. I tried an experiment to see if I could dive with a 5mm wetsuit, because I hate the thicker wetsuits... Too much buoyancy which means you need to carry more lead.

At about 50ft depth the temps were 48f... Cold... Very cold. But I could survive it.

Poor CROS Crying

Good Morning all,

I will start with Good News, Bad News.

Good News... I AM STILL KICKING!

Bad News, I AM STILL KICKING? Gonz

First, I would like to say thank you to all those who have/had concerns if I am doing ok. As a great friend of mine Dr Smith use to say, " I am doing better than I could be and better than I deserve."

I have been working on turning pens and still working on making my humidor cabinet. Just trying to keep busy and keep my mind right. Well, as right as it can be.

I have been having lots of Dr visits. Seems that is what happens when you treat your body like a theme park.

I have switched neurologist because I felt the treatment was not getting me anywhere. The new Dr. well, lets just say she has taken the bull by the horns. When she heard that after 2 years and no imaging had been done since my initial visit to the ER the day I had the stroke by the other Doc. Well, I do not think I have heard a Dr call another Dr an idiot an so many ways.

Between the memory test which I failed miserably and the MRA's of my neck and brain I now have appointments to see neuropsych for more in depth testing of memory and brain function due to the stroke and also an appointment to see a neuro vascular surgeon. It has turned out that all this time I also have vertebral arterial stenosis. This supplies blood to the upper spinal cord, brainstem, cerebellum, and posterior part of my brain. Who knows this may be the issue on what has been causing all the other freaking problems all this time. That appointment is the 19th so in 3 more days. I assume, which I hate with a passion to do, will be surgery. I swore after my getting my chest cracked open I would never get on the operating table again but that is me just being the typical snowflake that I am Brick wall .

Any how that is where and what all has been going on. I guess in other words, The same ole BS. LOL

I hope everyone here is doing well and life is treating you right. Beer all around and have a great day.

I appreciate it brother. Did you get to eat some good oinker? Nothing like a good pig roast. It has been ages since I have gotten to experience one of those.

The event was catered by ESPOSITO'S , a famous Italian meat shop, located in the 9th street Italian market in Philly.
The food was OUTSTANDING !

Hitting the river in a canoe with wife n boy. No puppy dogs. River's a bit too fast and deep.

Pricing at the rental place. $48 for 7.5 mile canoe, $60 for 12 mile canoe, and $70 for 25 mile canoe with an overnight stop in the state park campground. If I could trust the dogs to stay in the boat I'd have done the overnight trip.
