Pizza stone work better than a pan? I went with a decent pan because it had the holes in the bottom and thought that might help it cook evenly, but I could see getting a pizza stone at some point to get a variety.

Also, did you make all your own dough?

Did you milk the cows?

Speaking of training people, my boss calls the local vo-tech looking for some training for about 8-10 people at work... The guy tells him 'DrafterX can teach you guys that'.. my boss was a bit surprised to say the least... I've been on the advisory board there for about 15 years or so and know everyone pretty well... Don't want to teach the class tho... Mellow

It's the worst. I don't hate it if they bring something to the table, but so many times it's zero experience, or just enough wrong / non applicable experience and inappropriate confidence.

Slept well today surprisingly. Couple beers in the morning and slept on and off all day.

Went to work, clocked in and changed into my murse costume, made coffee and took a dump. Went to the back office to review patients and stuff before I get started. Got my notes together and went to the nurses station to get report from the outgoing shift.

Day charge nurse asked what I was doing, not scheduled tonight. Checked the live schedule online, nope. Checked my saved copy from when it came out, yup. Oh well, I clocked out and left.

Stopped and bought a bottle of Knob Creek bourbon on the way home. Also bought some collard greens and a chicken since they were $0.69/lb.

Got home and the bottle ripped through the bag and shattered on the driveway.

Went to liquor store around the corner and bought another.

Now in the garage with a glass of bourbon and a CC San Cristobal. Dunno what else I'm gonna do tonight. Probably nothing.

Been a while since I've had hard Liquor.

I'd regret this tomorrow, but I gotta sleep all day tomorrow anyhow since I'm actually scheduled to work tomorrow night.

Did cook my work meals for the next 5 nights. Noodles and rice, grilled chickens, cheese, onions and peppers. Ate the 6th, turned out fantastic.

Happy Thursday, ya'll. Had a dinner last night with a bunch of our sales reps. First time I can actually say I enjoyed my job. It wasn't just dinner, but connecting with the sales team and getting them on board to sell international. Good stuff.

Once I got the temp of the bbq figured out it went well... The stone was definitely better than a pan... Perfect crisp on the bottom... I've had this stone for longer than I've had my kids and this is the first time I was pleased with it...

I did make the dough... Super easy but I use a bread maker for all the kneading... I don't like kneading...

I didn't milk the cows... But I also didn't use cheese... And also, those are dogs, not cows...

Got hit with my favorite question from my patient's family member tonight.

"So how long you been a male nurse?"

- about 8 years, but been a nurse for 10 -

That was a painful night.

Been binging on habaneros as they've been hitting perfect ripeness on my plants.

Fire in the hole!
