Well, I'm competent. Sorta.
Got yelled at by one woman on her high horse that I wasn't following directions. I didn't read them, I just setup the machine and it worked fine, but I didn't read the directions first so I had to do it over again, and read the directions out loud. I argued that when you've done something thousands of times over, reading the setup instructions isn't typically part of the routine anymore. Was informed that I am wrong, and the setup instructions that were printed and laminated in 2013 could change at any time and must be read before you setup the machine.
Waste of a day. At least it was overtime.
