Absolutely. There are people that really understand this stuff on the other spectrum from those that think they do but are still sitting on Mt. Stupid.

I see a triple mutant strain on the horizon once we get 25,000 kids in cages.

And you know what that leads to?

With a purposeful grimace and a terrible sound
He pulls the spitting high tension wires down
Helpless people on a subway train
Scream bug-eyed as he looks in on them
He picks up a bus and he throws it back down
As he wades through the buildings toward the center of town
Oh no, they say, he's got to go
Go go Godzilla, yeah
Oh no, there goes Tokyo

Isn't that the name of the next strain? 25,000 Kids in cages...sounds like a Biden wet dream!

That "People That Really Understand Stuff" strain. Wear 4 or 5 masks now. Line up for a 2nd and third round of the J&J shot. Stay inside. Only shop at stores that completely kill the virus. It doesn't dare hop in your cars if you have a mask on. Feeling scared, put masks on the car vents!!! Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe's, Publix all have killzones inserted in their parking lots that they don't advertise. Just being on their property is like walking into the Garden of Eden. You're as safe as being at the ballpark with Fauci!

You're ALL going to die. Life is a suicide mission!

I'm sorry. I blame king kong... eh no the stay puff marshmallow man.

I can't afford to have random disjointed thoughts and throw them out there as if they are coherent and somehow applicable. I work every day to address the acute issues with this pandemic and am now also transitioning to addressing the numerous long term implications we all face. It's the curse of my profession.

I read that there have been some long term mental health and neurological issues associated with COVID19 infections among some who were infected...

mayhaps more peeps here have been infected than we thought?

I heard that too and it got me wondering. Is this causation or correlation?

I mean, did these people already have diagnosable mental health/cognitive issues prior to Covid and this just happened to be the first time someone diagnosed them because SO many people were seeking medical care who normally wouldn't have?

Also a possibility, what if the generally accepted treatment drugs/therapies are a root cause of the issues? Some of these drugs were rushed into use to stem the tide.

Obviously, if Covid causes "the crazies", we have some serious problems in our near future.

Hey delta.... more than that. Expect many MANY long term issues even for those that were asymptomatic. And pay attention if you have had it and get to the right docs if weird stuff happens

PM me your email and I can send you a pretty interesting PowerPoint

When you hear Post-acute Sequelae of SARS-CoV-2, PASC, Long Hauler etc. thats what we are talking about. The slide deck I'm talking about lays out some things we are seeing and things we have seen with past pandemics like the Spanish Flu's relationship to Parkinson's later in life.

The most common ongoing symptoms are related to the acute infection:
Fatigue
Dyspnea (shortness of breath)
Joint pain
Chest pain
But, other organ systems are also commonly involved, outside the pulmonary system, including:
Lungs
Heart
Brain
Vascular system: “hypercoagulable state”, with thrombosis—caused by endothelial inflammation of the vascular system
Kidneys, with both acute kidney injury and delayed effects

PASC in general can effect cardiovascular, neurological, kidneys and accompanying things like depression etc.

Advocating death for people who have a different belief system? Seems that has been tried before.

I dealt with lowered PSO2, fatigue, and decreased short term memory after SARS-COVID2. The fatigue is gone. The PSO2 is better, but not what it was beforehand. The short term memory is very slowly improving.

Not exactly, just a hope that their suicidal beliefs come true. We have virtually wiped out diseases with vaccines, but now this plague of anti-vaxxers are bringing them back and prolonging a pandemic. I'm not advocating murdering them, just wishing they willingly do themselves in. Perhaps we should send them to Mexico or Guatemala (without any recommended vaccines, of course).

So you wish death on those who’s beliefs differ from yours? Isn’t that special...

I disagree with them, but will always respect an individuals right to self determination. The price for disregarding that right is far worse than them not vaccinating. Plus I never wish death on anyone, actually I wish good health for them. I am comfortable with my decision and I am only accountable for myself.

So you seem to rationalize by comparing someone who doesn’t agree with your beliefs regarding vaccines to ISIS, etc...?

Very telling indeed.
