If money was no object, Northern AZ would have been a top choice.

Yep, it used to be a real bargain a dozen years ago but that Cali exodus has changed it. Still cheaper by far than Cali though.

Morning gentlemen.

Trying to avoid this....

What is Manipulation Under Anesthesia (MUA)?

Manipulating the knee joint under anesthesia aims to forcefully release fibrous adhesions formed after surgery. It is considered a simple and effective medical procedure performed under general or regional anesthesia, ensuring complete muscle relaxation without any pain experienced. The procedure uses force to overcome adhesions in a controlled manner. While lying on their back, the patient's hip is flexed to a 90-degree angle, and the lower leg is used as a lever to bend the knee until a firm endpoint is reached. Force is also applied to the kneecap to free adhesions found there. These movements are repeated several times until the best range of joint motion is achieved.

Get after it Drafter. The PT now will be worth it.

Arrrg! The show bird season is in full swing here. Both Michigan and TCU fans are in town for the playoff Saturday and the motorcycle cops are shepherding the team buses around town stopping traffic. And yesterday I was stopped in a line of cars cuz some asshat stopped in the middle of the road to take a pic of a friggin' saguaro cactus!

Next comes about five collector car auctions with Barrett-Jackson being the largest and then the Phoenix Open and the Super Bowl followed by all the spring training teams.

When I had right shoulder surgery in 2001, the rehab wasn’t going as good as my ortho wanted so he mentioned MUA and I reacted the same way. He suggested hanging, for as long as I could, on a chin-up bar. Did that the very next day and HOLY CHIT! as I was hanging onto the bar, I could literally hear the scar tissue breaking. Was also one of the most painful things I had recently done (…other than when I tore my ligament…). I swear it was windy and dusty that day and stuff got in my eyes as I was hanging on.

Of course that’s not what you’ll need to do for your knee but as they say, “No pain, no gain”.

75F here headed to 78F. After the last several days, I will joyfully take this kind of seasonal weather as opposed to the bitter cold. ****, we rarely use our heat and have a new thermostat. I had to figure out how to use it. Technology sucks! Nice weather, similar to today, into next week!

Yo gents! All coffeed up but it's dark out there and 55 only going to 61, might rain, might not.

The rain two days ago along with the weight of hundreds of ripe lemons has caused my tree to split at the trunk. Gonna have to saw off about 30% of one side so it's going to be one ugly tree. Picked about 150 from the damaged side and put them out on the street for the neighborhood to take.

For DED:

Lemon Tree
Post Malone
Couldn't fall asleep all night
I tried with all my might
I thought I knew what you want
It isn't all that nice
But I guess it will suffice
It's hard to know what you want
Could you be?
A little less sour, we're rotting by the hour
And my heart's rotten too
In every film I watch, I'm on the side of the bad guy
So turn around and show me that I'm better
Some people got an apple
Some people got a tangerine
Looking around and all I see is people happy with what they're given
Life is pretty sweet, I'm told
I guess I'm just **** outta luck growing a lemon tree
I'm gonna burn it down
And grow me something better, hey-yeah
Blood on my hands, I'm on the fence, I double down
A swing and a miss, a kick in the ribs, in trouble now
Came from the dirt, back in the ground, when I die
But I'ma survive, I got my ways, oh
Could you be?
A little less sour, we're rotting by the hour
And my heart's rotten too
In every film I watch, I'm on the side of the bad guy
So turn around and show me that I'm better
Some people got an apple

I will occasionally get lower back pain in that sciatic nerve area. I can usually resolve it with stretching. Gotta stretch them glutes.

Have it in my right leg. When it flares up it's painful. When it was at it's worse it was like a lightening bolt of pain that would shoot down my ass cheek to my toes. It would last for weeks and sometimes my toes would go numb. I'd pop over the counter pain meds (ibuprofen, acetaminophen) all day long to take the edge off but I found naproxen (Aleve) to work the best.

Finally ended up talking to my doctor about it and he said eating these over the counter meds would screw up my tummy and my liver. He prescribed a daily low dose of amitriptyline and some stretches for my lower back along with not doing stupid stuff like lifting heavy $hit and twisting.

Haven't had a major flare up in a few years since.

Just got back from my 3rd interview for the IT position at a company that has contracts with some local area schools and municipalities (town halls, police, fire, EMT) for IT support. I think it went well. They said I should hear back from them by the end of next week.

I hope I get the gig, it sounds like a great opportunity.
