I like Bernie.
He's a likable guy, and you're right about him saying the same story forever.
He's a self admitted socialist, although now his flock want to correct you by saying "democratic socialist". Because that's better. Heck, that's like saying "moderate fascist".
I guess if it makes you feel good.
The problem with Bernie is that his programs will ruin the country FOREVER.
You can't undo social give-a-ways. Who's the politician that's going to get elected by saying "I'll take your things back!"?
So if you give "free tuition" today, it's forever.
If you give $15/hour to a broom pusher because it's a "livable wage", it's forever.
Unemployment and/or inflation be damned.
I think Trump is an azzhole.
Wouldn't let him watch my kids.
But his simplistic ideas are a breath of fresh air.
Simplify the tax laws.
Even out the trade imbalance.
Control illegal immigration.
You say he changes his tune, but he doesn't. He gets caught up in the rhetoric and says stupid things. But the message is the same: Let American Capitalism thrive and the good times will follow.
If you disagree that's fine. But do it for the right reasons.
