I would like to publicly thank Cgarbid (and by extension, CI) for their excellent customer service.

I recently bid and won 7 boxes of sticks, that were delivered today. However, one of the boxes was not in the shipment, though the shipping invoice said it was. I called CI Cust. Service and received very professional, curteous help. The gentleman had a replacement box on order even before we were done talking, with no additional delivery charge. This is of course, just as it should be, but I didn' have to suggest it myself or whine or threaten or anything.

He also talked to me in depth about getting my desktop humidor ready to go.

A translation of modern slang.

"They rock the hizzy." = Top notch.

Hizzy is slang for house, could also be hizzle or hizzouse, or variants. Or the literal translation: They rock the house.

I guess I could have written; Gee whiz that cigarbid customer service sure is keen.
