Looks like a Char Griller with some insulation added where the door closes. Love their grills.

We did pretty well if I do say so myself. Was drunk by 11am, drank a pitched of MEAN Bloody Marys ( Good Job MOE), a case of beer and took down 2 smokes and started a fire, all while sittin on our asses all day long!

Yep! You can see the rope gasket coming off on the side (bottom of picture)... gotta repair that before next time. Also did some mods to the coal basket in the FSB, grommet for digital meat thermometers, two large faced temp gauges (one for each side), baffle and tuning plates, and the chimney extension. Can hold 250 easy all across the chamber, though with this much cold meat, it took a while to get it there. It's a dedicated smoker!

I left mine in Hawaii so now I'm starting over with a new one. My old one would hold 250 for 8 hrs using hardwood with no mods. Thanksgiving was fun as was Christmas when I did a 26lb piglet.

Nice. My problem before the mods was it would be 350 near the FSB and 150 on the other side.

I would love to do a piglet. Or a lamb.

When I bought my new one I was looking for the Outlaw, largest grill they make, but couldn't find one locally. Only after I bought mine I found that I could have gotten it through walmart dot com and picked it up in store.

This one will take up to a 30lb piglet, the Outlaw should be large enough for a 50lb.
