I haven't watched basketball in 15 years.
My azz! They fixed it so it was broke..........heh
San Antonio has the deeper team, and will win it this year.
Mj had a great supporting cast (at times) too but James has more of one and it was an intentional decision by him (brokered with wade and Bosch at the Olympics) because he couldn't get it done with a lessor cast like MJ did.
MJ had pippin and a revolving cast. James has wade, Bosch, Allen and a revolving cast.
And yes there were a couple years where Jordan had Rodman but he also had Luc Longley Horace Grant tony kukoc etc. he made the cast around him much better. Bj Armstrong, Hanson, (Kerr for a couple years compares to Allen perhaps)
I'd probably not argue equal supporting casts (although I think James has a better supporting class easily) but there is no way MJ had better support.
In the case you were being sarcastic you got me.
James team had folks on the floor who have lead their team single handedly to championships so he probably didn't feel the urgency Jordan did.
The 2003 draft is known for having one of the most talented draft pools in draft history. Four of the top five picks are NBA All-Stars and "Redeem Team" Olympic Gold Medalists: Carmelo Anthony, Chris Bosh, Dwyane Wade, and LeBron James. Many players have been in the starting line-ups of their respective teams; eight have already participated in an All-Star Game, Dwyane Wade was named NBA Finals MVP in 2006 and won the NBA All Star Game MVP in 2010,
Jordan ruined the NBA.
