got me thinking about a place up the road that serves a blackened catfish over rice covered in crawfish etouffee.... good stuff.... 🍺

I was on a boat in Jamaica back in March that caught one but I didn't get to bring it in... good fighting fishes.. 👍

Good stuff! It's one of the family's favorites.

I cheat though just for simplicity. I cook it inside in some olive oil.

I thought it was similar


I use mahi mahi , blackened seasoning and dredge in butter prior to seasoning.

I just crank up the exhaust fan to clear the smoke.



How is that not similar?

Mmmmmmmm ... fish tacos! We catch the heck out of Mahi here from April thru August, some up to 50 or 60 pounds. My faforite way to prepare it is cut into small chunks and beer-batter fry it.
