I have some extra original blend REO robustos to trade. I can put together a 5 pack, maybe more. They've been aging since 2005 or '06, right after the cigar first came out.

I will accept an equal number of:
Padron 1926 Maduro #35 (from before 2010)
Monty #2
Or if you are a cheap bastid, some Ashton VSG Illusion

Or, if you are a REALLY cheap bastid, I've been wanting to try the Cusano Nicaragua, but I don't want to buy a whole box to try it. Same for those Felipe II Fat Boys I've seen on cbid. What is that? Has anybody tried those? They're not expensive, but I still don't want to buy a whole bundle just to try a few.

Those are some ideas, but I'm actually not picky. I like most stuff (except cigars that taste like ass crack. I don't like those.)

Are you smoking crack?

Yes, but that has nothing to do with it.

So, you want to trade some aged, cheap smokes,
For some more expensive aged smokes.

Brilliant...

Donate em to op 5th. No one here is going to trade for dog rockets. Though Tony may be by with some Gurkha orange Sherpas in a bit. But he will expect a fair trade so 4 of yours for 1 of his. To be honest, rolled tar paper would be a fair trade.

But this is the culmination of a 15 year plan!! I wanted to trade these cigars for something more expensive, sell those and use the extra money to buy some high-tech sound equipment, start a band, get a song featured in an Apple commercial, then retire on the royalties somewhere that is less expensive to live. I'm looking at Argentina and the Atlantic coast of Spain.

Seriously, no one has any of those Fat Boys? They sell for, like, $25 a bundle, but I don't want a bundle. I just want a couple. I don't know why I want them. They don't seem promising. But I do. I think it's the band. I think they got me with the band.

If'n you're looking for an awesome band, this is the one you want.

https://www.cigarsinternational.com/p/macanudo-vintage-maduro-1997-cigars/1411633/

"Introducing, the first maduro within the highly regarded Macanudo Vintage series. This limited production handmade employs the very best Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper leaves from a small crop cultivated in 1997. Hand-selected and extra-fermented to perfection, this dark and oily leaf conceals a carefully blended recipe of Nicaraguan, Brazilian, and Dominican long-fillers. The result is a deep, rich flavor that's truly Macanudo. Smooth and consistent, each Macanudo Vintage Maduro 1997 produces a dark maduro flavor with ample flavor and a soothingly sweet aftertaste.

....and yes, that really is a metal band. In addition to doubling as a luxury cigar holder, this band also serves as a quality control device for your humidor's moisture output."

What a great invention!

I've got about 25 or so REO's in stock and the only orange Gurkha's I have are copper labels and too good to trade. If I had some of those orange label Sherpas they would certainly be expendable. Every once in a while I find some cigars that got lost in storage and most of them are there waiting for the awful to moderate over time.

Note that the old Gurkha Sherpas were lot 132 and it seems the recent ones are lot 312 - both are yard gars.
