Since the meeting was not open to the general public I think it was a 4th amendment issue. It is a private gathering and police or whoever have no legal right to be in that building.

If they had broken up the meeting then I think it would have became a 1st amendment issue.

It might be a 9th amendment issue, but I do not understand the 9th amendment well enough to say more than might.
