Stay close to a reverse launching pad.

FWIW, you have my sympathy, the prep is much worse than the procedure.

Maybe drinking the solution of drinking it all in a minute has had the reversed impact for what I was shooting for.

Now I’m in bed and obviously afraid to go to sleep. Maybe I should have my bottom half in a garbage bag.

Add to that, the next colon cocktail is to be taken in 4.5 hours.

One way or another, it is going to be one chitty night’s sleep. 😴

Good luck with your procedure.

They found a couple small polyps in mine (again). Tested benign... so gotta do it again in 5 years. 😣

Man, that's just life with Chron's sometimes. At least you get a stranger to shove something up your butt after your ordeal. Make sure to ask for the Canadian handshake.

Glad THAT is over.
The dam didn’t break until a full ten hours after the pregame prep started.
And then all Hell broke loose. Including a malfunctioning toilet at 4:00. THE toilet.
My bottom side has the same terrain as eastern Ukraine. Need a tourniquet.

The staff (the crew at the center, not the member of the doctor) were all great.

With flying colors, I passed the rectal recital. Start the clock for 2035.
