Suppose you just had a car accident and found out your insurance wasn't up to date? You'd be in an atypical mood, right? Or suppose you just caught your wife with someone, or whatever traumatic event, your job, your kids, your spouse. We all carry a pretty heavy stress load. Sometimes we crack a little... True, sometimes it's more of a character flaw. But I prefer to give the benefit of the doubt until proven wrong.

In the years I've been on CigarBid, I've never seen anything like the post by Digisle above ... I find it to be totally unconscionable and scurilous ... IMO, Digisle will not have his posting priviledges withdrawn a minute too soon, even if that's one minute from now.

I would obviously have a very painful day; chalk it up to being at the wrong place at the right time and move on. I'm not going to bitch and moan to every person I come in contact with to relive the experience. I would not be able to stop anything bad from happening beyond my control, but only I can decide if I want to be miserable because of it. I'd be pretty ticked for about a few minutes then move on. I'll just get on me eye patch; grab a Buc Full Sail, pour some El Tesoro to chase the meds with and go out on the back porch with the dogs. Come on over and I'll pour you a shot and share my Bucs with ya!

Man, I won't go back to CF because this same type of crap goes on there DAILY! This behaviour doesn't seem to be the norm here fortunately.

My 2 cents worth--- I really believe it's about time that we all just forget the thread that came from some one who as it seems just wants to stir things up in here. After all he states he doesn't want to mingle with us yet he keeps stirring the pot. In doing so he continues to invoke responces from every one. I think we as adults should leave this Dead Horse to rot and move back to the FUN and interesting Form that Most of us Enjoy , and the Friends that we have all made here. Why let One person control the attitude of this form. For that is just what is happening this One person is controling but getting all the responces from every One. This is a GREAT Place to come and be with friends and with some of the GREATEST people around don't let ONE Person take Control of such a wonderful Place and turn it into his own Place to dish out mud on others just to make him self feel better. We should all be above this type of behavior.. But thats just 2 cents worth from a Old Fart... TinMan

Well, Tin ... as one old fart to another, I gotta agree ... I remember a time not too long ago when it was my recommendation to completely ignore guys who behaved like jerks since attention was what they crave ... ignore them, isolate them, and they will slink away ...

In the now-locked thread, I'll admit to having reacted to this fella's original post, which was not really an unpleasant one, even though a bit misguided ... then, when his true colors began to show, I reacted again, but not in a personal way ... this morning, I even tried reacting with humor (an F-O Pool), but that's drawn little or no response and perhaps that's a good thing ...

Let's hope the whole issue and others of it's type slink away
