Thanks for taking on this task. When the rest of us first started trading as NEWBIE's we just had to "WING IT". In true BOTL form the more experienced traders took a chance and traded with someone whom they had never heard of.
I am fortunate to only have been burned once where the other trader (a newbie) states that he sent his end of the deal out BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT! He then said that he sent a follow up package via priority mail but decided not fork out the other 50 cents for the delivery confirmation. Of course there was no way to track it. To date I have not heard from him again and that was about 3 months ago.
YES, WE ALL TAKE A CHANCE WHEN WE TRADE WITH A NEWCOMER, BUT WHERE WOULD LIFE BE IF WE HAD NO FAITH!
I agree with the other brothers, we should give this individual every opportunity to redeem himself. If however he refuses to comply then maybe we could start a separate post and call it "THE BLACKBALL LIST".

Is PT (chuckler) still around?

As I stated before I (the newbie), conducted a trade, and was not able to send back my half till a couple days ago. He hasnt answered my e-mails for a week...so just wondering what happened to him.

Also, I conducted one (awesome) newbie trade. Was just wondering if any other experienced traders would be willing to trade with me.

Finally...I recently tried the CAO Brazilia (samba)...could this be the best cigar ever? Props to Torano on that amazing stick.

i'm a newbie, too, and i'd love to get involved with this, but i'm gonna be pretty tied up until february. the wife gives me a 'gar allowance each month -- it's not much, but i'm grateful we can do this at all (i'm newly disabled, so we're surviving on her teacher's salary until social security kicks in for me).

anyway, i'm all spent out on postage alone until february. doh! is it possible to hop in then?

woah! it blew me away!!! i just kept pulling bag after bag out of that box! and it was a lot of 'gars i've been wondering about: esp the Joya de Nic and Oliva O Bold...
and the last bag i found, man you outdid yourself!!!!!...a Gurkha perfecto (which line is it?), a Buc. Texas Star, and a Fuente Anejo (is that a Shark!?)!!!!!!!!!
