If anyone has said they are willing to donate to the DRAS and I have not contacted you to thank you - or you haven't sent out your package yet please let me know because I'm trying to come up with a date that I can ship adoptees to people and I'd like to be able to get all of the adoptees or almost all of them before I do any shipping because I don't really want to send out several packages to people - would rather get it done in one shot! Same thing happened to me. I emailed her asking if she had recieved the cigars I sent and Liz emailed me back,apologizing,telling me she had recieved so many cigars and she couldn't place names on boxes with handles on CB. X

First of all Dr J - I never received anything from you other than cigars that you sent to Clive and I because we sent you a package because of things that you said on the Torano board.

Secondly, Dr J loves to stir things up, especially with me and I don't appreciate it one bit.

Thirdly, personal things going on here have prevented me from sending out any packages and for that I apologize many times over. I will be sending out a more updated list of cigars that I have available to all that had interest in adopting. I haven't forgotten about anyone. If you would like a better explanation for why I haven't gotten any adoptees mailed yet feel free to email me at [email protected] or same beginning @yahoo.com and I will explain further. This is not the place for me to explain since it is personal.

If you have any questions about DRAS I'd appreciate you taking it to email.

I did send you cigars for the DRAS and have a list of them and DC#. I do not understand why you had not received them.

Was not trying to stir anything up so why the guilty response? And as you can see by the other responses, I guess I was not alone. My only concern was that you got the cigars I had sent.

I very much appreciated the cigars that Clive sent me and that is why I sent cigars to both Clive and yourself. Including the special CAO flavour for you.

I don't appreciate such a terse response to such a simple question. That is the second time that has happened to me with someone on this board. I guess I would be better off just spending money here rather than trying to participate.

Now that I understand the concept of the adoption service, I think that it's pretty clever and a good form of "botl" camraderie.

I personally didn't need to deal with you Dr J on my birthday especially when you insinuated that I have a good stash of cigars meaning that I took the DRAS cigars for myself. Luckily I could give a rat's butt what you think. Since all you know how to do is stir things up when you get bored. Defensive? You bet I am cuz I'm sick of your crap. I have discussed this issue with you in email, I explained to you and to several people what the deal was and the reasons behind nothing being sent out. If you would like to send me the money for postage to send out the amount of boxes I'll have to send out so I can shut you up by all means do so. Other than that people will have to continue to be patient till I can get the adoptees out to them. I'm so tempted to send all that I have to YOU, but that wouldn't be fair to those that actually want them. Not to mention a waste of postage sending them to you. I'm usually not this way, but I've had enough of your antics both here and on torano board where I'm concerned. I guess since I rarely post over on Torano anymore you have to come here and harrass me. Why you are so concerned about DRAS is beyond me, who appointed you the cigar cop. If anyone should be concerned it should be those that asked about adopting. So why don't you mind your own business for a change. I apologize to all that read this post but I'm tired of Dr J shooting his venom towards me whenever he gets bored or has no one else to pick on. Yesterday was my birthday and he took that day to email me and also I see post here trying to start stuff yet again. I fully intend to send out packages of adoptees and I don't mind at all sending them to those that want them, I'm very happy to do it, it is the reason I started DRAS in the first place. I didn't plan on having any difficulty sending out the adoptees, but things happen as they do to all of us that we don't forsee and that's what happened in this case as well. I appreciate all the patience from the people that want to adopt have shown to me and Clive it means a lot. I promise you they will be coming once I know what people want. I'll even try to put something from my own PERSONAL stash inside too to make up for the delay. Many blessings and have a good day.
