Wife and kids did that today.

My wife put up the inside decorations today, and I am supposed to get the tree up.

Haven't yet, too much football on.

There will be no Christmas Tree at the Burnett Plantation this year!
But lets hope the sprirt will still be here!!

Assuming you cut it today, even with proper watering and keeping the house relatively cool, the tree is going to be dropping needles and ready to go off like a flashbulb at the first stray static spark by Christmas Eve. I assume your fire insurance is paid up.

The wife and I pulled the tree and other decorations down from the attic on Saturday. The tree will probably go up sometime next week but were not putting up lights this year. Just going to toss a couple of those spiral light trees and maybe a light deer in the yard and call it good.

Not all that into Christmas decorating anyway, more of a Halloween fan myself.

Going to ye ole Christmas tree farm Sat to cut down our own.

Convinced the Mrs. that it would be good family time and fun for the girls. She wanted to put the fake tree back up.

Tree went up last night. GF made me wait til after Thanksgiving or it woul have been doen sooner.

Tree up Thursday evening. Outdoor lights up this afternoon.

Ummm........I "sort of" have my "tree" up.

Have it up in front room, not decorated yet...Tucker helped me haul the thing upstairs today with a little help from the 3 red dogs....LOL

Just starting a vacation my wife has me under strict orders to put up the tree TODAY!
