Elvis 30 #1 hits. My 3 year old loves The King.

Patricia barber's "Verse" and Norah Jones "Come Away With Me". Both great CDs.

Frank Sinatra, Assortment of Blues artist, BB King, Al Green, Louis Prima, Eric Clapton, Van Morrison, Eagles, etc...same stuff as last time this thread hit! Oh, gotta get the new Elvis release and give it some time!

Nebraska by Bruce Springsteen. At first you don't remember the 80's being this bleak, but as you listen you are reminded of all the great things (cold war, farm forclosures, etc) that were going on. Another perennial favorite that is on current heavy play list is Trinity Sessions by the Cowboy Junkies. Talk about the ultimate in mood music, the cover of Sweet Jane is so far beyond the original that it can't even be compared to it.

"Black Eyed Man" was another great Junkies CD. Are they still recording?

My duaghter gave me the Norah Jones CD as a birthday gift. She knows my tastes in music better than anyone. BTW, Mr. Sinatra bolted the Democrats after JFK double crossed him twenty years before the Reagan nomination.
