The above link will take you to the privacy policy. What you are forgetting is the CigarBid is an on-line business not just some blog or forum. You don't like Adroomi so you're asking CigarBid to do something unethical and maybe illegal as a business. I am completely confident that CigarBid is quite aware of what they can and cannot do with private information, especially when it involves credit card numbers.
As for you, all you have to do is name the 4 or 5 user names that you think are all Adroomi. All you have to risk is being wrong.
The act of naming the names won't tip Adroomi off. He already knows exactly which accounts are his! This won't violate the security of your investigation because nobody is asking you to tell how you figured it out. That can remain your secret.
You've named Victor808. Stop pussing out and just name the others. Maybe once you've named them they each might actually allow someone at CigarBid to confirm whether they are or are not the same person at Adroomi. Adroomi can't authorize that, only all the account holders could.
