I've heard that questioning when Johnson expressed his concerns for the fate of Guam, my head almost exploded. Even funnier was how the guy kept a straight face when answering.

So neither can spell that well. Quayle was trying to sound smart about something he knew very little about. Biden is unsure who he works for and clearly has a bit of bias when it comes to any other ethnicity and is to dumb to hide it.
