What's the difference between snipping a baby's spinal cord seconds after it leaves the womb, or chopping it to pieces a minute or two earlier while it is still in the womb? Personally, I feel both are murder, yet our twisted society calls one murder, and the other a "medical procedure". The whole thing seems hypocritical if you ask me.

I have no problem with the death penalty. Show me a crowd bomber, child toucher or sex pervert and I'll be glad to pull the switch, but not in this case. The woman he killed by neglect/incompetence is bad, but not death penalty level murder.

As for killing those babies, unless they prosecute the co-conspirators he shouldn't get the death penalty. Who are these co-conspirators? The mothers of those children that came to this doctor to get rid of their babies, Like paying for a hit on someone, they conspired to murder. If it wasn't for them, there would have been no dead babies.

I'm not defending this guy, they story make me cry. When he started out doing abortions it was in the early stages of pregnancy. Back in a time women were dying all the time from back street abortions. Over time, it got later and later into the pregnancy, each time a desperate mother asking him to kill her child. I don't care who you are, after a while that has to mess up your mind. Again, it's no excuse for what went on in the clinic, but it might explain how it ended up where it did.

But at least this criminal will give folks a chance to push their religious agendas . . . . .

There would actually two opposing religious agendas at play there. We'd have the pro-life Christians who tout that way-out doctrine of 'thou shalt not kill' on the one side, and the pro-choice women's rights types for whom abortion is the primary sacrament of the feminist church on the other.

Well said.

Pro choice makes the Old Testament sound pretty tame, too bad (for babies) it's their New Testament.

Or, going back to hanging on the court house steps !!

That'd stop it in an instant.

But, Wait !!

What about the poor sumbitch who was in the wrong place and the wrong time ??

Well, that'd stop that, too. No more wrong sumbitches in the wrong place !!

Duh !!

religion has nothing to do with killing babies,,,

This case strips away the antiseptic vision of Abortion that Planned Parenthood has depicted for the masses,,

Religion has everything to do with calling legal, first trimester abortions murder - which is what you do my friend. And as I said, this guy was murdering.

And you just watch these puppy allusions, or Drafter post the angry emoticon on you!

It doesn't require religion to know killing children is just a bad idea all by it's self.
