However, even if you think is out of context, cherry picking the Bible is typical, and often it's common use. He would simply be using it further what he knows is right. And that is how it's done . . . .

I don't know that I "have a side"...I just enjoy the dialogue...but Marx wasn't the first to float the idea. In fact, many of the prophets of God berated the Jewish people for neglecting the poor and perverting justice so the concept goes back even further to the time just after King Solomon.

So anyway, my first post said that I thought that there were merits to both arguments...whether you believe that is up to you...
