HD, I have no doubt that things got blown up out of control, but seriously... even if a witness claims trayvon was sitting on z's head, I'd suggest there should be a bit more inquiry. Lethal force against an unarmed man resulting in death is a cause for inquiry. Hell, check the wikipedia article and there are witnesses saying Z was on top of T. Some of the accounts suggest his actions were less than responsible, and ultimately led to someone being dead. That's essentially the definition of manslaughter.
Again, I'm not disputing the decision. I don't even care. I'm surprised (not really) that everyone is offended that some people wanted there to be a trial to determine innocence.
